New Healthy Habits

One of the foundation books in my work is “The Everything Self-Hypnosis Book: Learn to use your mental power to take control of your life” by Rene A Bastarache.

  • Easy to read and to apply.
  • Many hypnosis scripts
  • Introducing advanced concepts, that I could follow up on in other books.
  • The concept of daily reinforcement of a new healthy habit.
